Weed Partners with Khalifa Kush to Launch Global Well-Being Brand
Weed, a U.S.-based intellectual property company focused on reshaping global well-being conversations, has announced a strategic partnership with Khalifa Kush, the world's largest celebrity cannabis brand. The collaboration marks the launch of Weed's global commercialization strategy, leveraging Khalifa Kush's industry dominance and cultural influence.
Khalifa Kush CEO DJ Saul and Co-Founder Tim Hunkele will join Weed's Board of Advisors, providing executive guidance for developing a suite of well-being lifestyle products. The partnership aims to destigmatize cannabis consumption while capitalizing on growing mainstream acceptance. "This unlocks new avenues at a pivotal industry moment," said Saul, emphasizing shared values between the brands.
The deal combines Weed's branding ambitions with Khalifa Kush's proven market traction, founded in 2015 by Grammy-nominated artist Wiz Khalifa. Weed CEO Darin Phillips called the partnership ideal for a brand literally named after the substance, praising Khalifa Kush's "longstanding reputation for excellence" in the space.
